Our flat has many lamps. Until 2018, majority of them used incandescent bulbs, some - very energy-hungry ones. In October'18, seeing a lot of LED lamps around me, I thought of replacing incandescent bulbs with trendy LED ones.
I had some bad experience with fluorescent lamps, therefore I decided to buy LED bulbs one by one, when an old bulb burns out.
And I keep records :)
So far, I've installed 24 LED bulbs. Their average work duration is 340 days. Relatively short for this kind of bulbs.
Nevertheless, just 21 keep on working, and 3 already burned out :( (All failed bulbs were used in bathrooms, by the way.)
Still, 9 already saved more money then they cost, including 2 burned out.
